Yesterday I packed that box up for our m... moreA couple of weeks ago we had to have our dog euthanized. We had him cremated and got his ashes back in a sealed wooden cedar box. Yesterday I packed that box up for our move and I wrote Puppy on the moving box. I also poked a few holes in the moving box to look like air holes and get a laugh when the movers move it. We were also giving a impression of his paw - the case it came in has a slot for a photo and I am going to put the photo of him trying to eat a knee bone from a Yukon moose when he was 8 weeks old. Once you've harnessed that feeling, turn your thoughts to someone that you detest or that brings you great displeasure. I'm working on feeling more compassionate towards people who are intolerant of others. It is quite a challenge.
