I believe Trump fired him the very next day. He knew Comey would not roll over for him as all his toadies do. Trump will not tolerate that. So he fires people! SIGH. I have no idea how long he will get away with it. Each time he does something egregious his admission of having done biglywrongs grows more apparent. Otherwise he would WELCOME all investigations. I guess the logic behind the law is it's ever body's duty to vote and you can't have a fair democratic society if every body doesn't participate.
