That seems like one of the most simple tasks anyone could do. The reports are that when someone picks all republican there is a glitch that can blank out some of the checkboxes and so texas is using paper ballots until it is fixed. Actual voters report the glitch is that their vote for president is changed to hillary at the last minute and many will not notice and submit. less
