What is it called on the expense side of the BUDGET? "Facilitating Paper"?  It ain't Donald J.'s money. A tax cut,  a stipend, a subsidy, an "incentive". A BRIBE. Donald J. doesn't mind paying to play as long as someone else foots the bill. And he is going to Indiana to take a victory lap for bribing. He is one amazing dude ain't he?

Regular monthly benefits began being paid out  in January 1940.Medicare was established by the 1965 amendments to the Social Security Program and was passed into law July 30, 1965. Lyndon Johnson was president. You could begin signing up for the program July 1, 1966.Now Republicans want to radically change them, privatize them, reduce them...maybe get rid of them entirely step by step, piece by piece, provision by provision.  They have the power to do so and the lack of caring about anyone to be ashamed about it.Full steam ahead. Let the good times roll. The Republican bulldozer will fire up January 20, 2017. Either climb on board or get the he ** outta the way. Your choice.  :(  less

We kids would have    "drop-to-your-knees-cover-your-heads-with-your-arms" drills in school. How that would do anything if a bomb were dropped I don't know but I remember it well. That was then. This is now. What drills do we learn now to protect us? What methods can we employ to survive what comes next? Move to another country? I'm sure no country wants Americans to flood their shores. We would be IMMIGRANTS and we don't like them so trying to get folks to accepts us is ludicrous. If anyone comes up with any substantive ideas please share them. After all brainstorming does have value. One brain alone cannot achieve what many brains working together might. :(  less

We have former inhabitants of the swamp he swore he'd drain being appointed to his cabinet. We have a billionaire dame who will head the department of education who LOVES vouchers and detests public school so she will destroy it. We have the former head of the racist refuge, Breitbart, as PET's right-hand man. We have those who are ANTI-LGBT, those who are ANTI-family planning clinics  being giving power to do whatever the he** they dam* well please. How much autonomy will they have to decide things unilaterally? As much as they can get away with and it will be a lot. Who will stop them? A Republican Senate? A Republican House? An ALT RIGHT WHITE SCOTUS which is coming down the pike?  PET decried lobbyists but has hired some to serve in HIS government. Doubletalk? Doublethink? Double your pleasure? JUNK IN will surely lead to JUNK OUT. Condolences to all of us. :(  less

I don't know usually when she will be home either, it always fluctuates a half hour to an hour; which is fine mostly, but sometimes has made me have to cancel plans. How do I go about wondering if I coudl do at least one set time on either end (mainly a. m. ?) ...? I don't know whether to just keep bopping time to be accomodating b/c I do enjoy the family or say, 'it would be great for me if I knew what time I start...' ... ?  less
