The audience said "lock her up" and he just smiled. So will the future of this promise come to fruition? Will he actually have his Justice Department and Congress conspire to do that? If he does he keeps a promise and makes his worshippers worship him even more. If he doesn't he angers his worshippers and he doesn't want to do that because they are the only ones who can give him the constant adulation he thrives on. No one else likes him.
