Will pre-existing conditions kick back in again as an exclusionary item? Will kids be kicked off their parents plans at a younger age again? Who is doing the planning? Who is on top of the timing? Whose job is it to see that everything goes flawlessly? PET is the guy who will be sitting at the desk where the buck stops so I guess it's all on him.

Only after the fact will we KNOW if PET was made of the right stuff and did the right things or if he was a colossal and disastrous choice. No crystal balls. No fortune tellers. No nuthin'. So I say good luck to everyone including PET. We all need it. He needs it the most.
