Don't do it. I did last week and strained an external oblique muscle, my side still hurts. Coughing and laughing are painful, bowel movements are a short sentence in Purgatory.

She won't be able to do much but it is better to not be able to much at home then in a hospital. There will be a health care worker coming over every day so that will be helpful. We will have to put her in a palliative care home sometime down the road but it will be a lot closer then the hospital and our son works at that care home so he will take special care of her. Cheers!

  • Whether you like/want them or not, someone is sending you a floral delivery. Would you prefer traditional 'fancy' flowers (long-stemmed

roses, tulips, lilies, etc.), a mixed wildflower bouquet, a living plant, or artificial flowers/plant? Be as generic or specific as you'd like.

One Friday she asked me what I was doing for the weekend and I told her I would probably be parting at the Seminal House (a dive bar). She showed up at that bar on Saturday - sat down with me and bought us 2 draft beers each. When she excused her self to go to the washroom I watched her walk away and I thought hubba hubba  because it was the first time I saw her not wearing a baggy fitting K-Mart uniform. Then my attention turned to her draft beers and I took a couple of gulps out of each of her glasses. When she got back to the table she pretended not to notice that I had drunk some of her beer and I thought hey this could be the start of a beautiful friendship. Cheers! (should add that my wife is still in the hospital and I am still hoping she will make a miraculous recovery and come home to me)  less

This is not just about your teenage years, it’s any time that you were a minor.
In my upbringing and in my parents’ household, especially due to the times back then, it was unspoken yet truly understood that there wouldn’t be any such shenanigans nor any type of that nonsense going on, so don’t even entertain the thought. Heck, I was always the nerdy bookworm geek kid anyway, so I wasn’t really attracting anyone’s attention anyway.
