I plugged it in almost every outlet in my room the only one it works well in is in my glow in the dark putty charger. If I plug it in any other outlet and be on it the battery chargers backwards. We lived in this trailer for 17 years maybe it's the outlets they're kind of old. Is there something wrong with my phone ? Why does the battery settings look like this and how can I fix this ?

Some fast thinking young teenagers grabbed some fencing from the out of bonds area then they used it as a safety net and caught the kid when he dropped. The teens were only about 15 and they were the ones that sprung into action well some of the adults there were just standing around saying oh my oh my well catching the dangling kid on their phones.
