We know that Donald John will try to undermine it and in fact wants to lift all existing sanctions. Amazing that a Republican-majority Congress  turned on a Republicam prez like that isn't it? Maybe they are finally realizing that it is up to them to control them when and where and how they can! Veto-Proof? That must infuriate Donald John! Will it stick? I dunno. I sure hope so!
