Restrict replies ONLY TO THOSE who comply with the point. They were not interested in people's experiences at all if the experiences weren't abysmally awful. They only wanted the bad ones, the terrible ones, the unfortunate ones. Unfortunately there weren't enough of them. Next time? Well you know what to do. Use "alternative facts".
