He pulled out a pack of Tic Tac’s from his pocket then he pulled out a tiny pack of Tic Tac’s and said – that’s inflation. At first I thought – I wish they actually made tiny packs of Tic Tac’s because I would be able to get more stuff in my cargo pants pockets. As I ... moreThis is what prompted my question: I was brought up as a traditional Catholic and attended parochial schools until 8th grade and took weekly religious instruction after that. As I was reading through Project 2025, I was struck by how familiar some of it seemed. I did my own digging and found some ties to traditional Catholicism (as opposed to modern day Catholics,, who pick and choose). Further digging turned up just how Catholic our Supreme Court is. All of the Conservative justices are active Catholics or were raised Catholic, one liberal justice is Catholic. I am not a practicing Catholic, I have no ill will towards the Church, I just don't think those teachings, should influence our government. less

She has set a 100 day target date for getting it done once she is in the WH. I think that’s a pretty reasonable goal. But if Trump was talking about it - he would claim he will get it done on day one - which is ridiculous. So I think one of the 10 million differences between Harris and Trump is - one has reasonable doable plans - the other one doesn't. Cheers!

The United Auto Workers labor union is trying to organize workers at Tesla. When Trump was talking to Musk about it he said - “You walk in, you say, You want to quit? They go on strike, I won’t mention the name of the company, but they go on strike and you say, ‘That’s OK, you’re all gone. You’re all gone. So, every one of you is gone.” That could be against a federal law about threatening to fire workers who go on strike. and even if it isn't it shows Trump doesn't care about workers. Cheers! less
