I not only had never heard his voice, I didn’t even know who he was, and furthermore, I had never even seen ESPN at all. At that time, I did not look into it any further to listen to him speak so that I could evaluate the comparison for myself. Not long after that, my interest in the topic waned and I soon forgot all about it.
Fast forward to today. Posting this question occurred to me, and as I was typing it, I remembered that I had such a story to tell.
