Appearance isn't just about beauty/good looks. It is about healthy. Lack of self-control would worry me. Whether it were physical/emotional/intellectual/verbal . It was very nerving, a... moreLast night jolted awake to gasping for air.. I couldn't actually get air in for a good 20 seconds, and then on the 5th or 6th gasp in, I could fully breathe. It was very nerving, and a bit scary.. I think it happened about a few years ago as well. I looked up info online, but no clear answers.. some say it can be acid acting up, causing restricted airway, some say it can occasionally be sleep apnea related, or some said anxiety. I am not sure which... I do have anxiety, but can't imagine this physical feeling waking me up like that, gasping. Any ideas, or have you gone through that ? less

My mom is going to be away for 3 weeks getting medical treatment, and I want to have at least a weeks worth of meals ready when she and my dad get back.

Ever since then I'm exhausted, they have no consideration, theyve woken me up at 5am, Im in school right now and cant even do homework at all at home,not even at night since now theyre starting to work till midnight, I sleep with fans on and earplugs, at least that part is a little further away so i can get away with hearing them using a fan and earplugs, the demolition has woken me up at 5am, im in school and need my sleep. right now im hearing stuff slamming around, they take all your quiet times away from you, i never have a quiet night anymore, cant even enjoy saturdays anymore, its not like i can take off to the movies, cant find work so i cant just spend money like that, ive even seen them around on sundays too. theyre there almost 24/7. i ever heard them when it was raining out this morning so nothing kee... less
