It cuts the dogs and the ponies down to size and we realize they are just ordinary animals doing ordinary things of  dysfunctional typical devious self-serving nature. They never change. It is always the same. The same tricks done the same ways over and over and over and over and over and over etcetera and so forth. They are limited in all ways and yet some dog and pony watchers get caught up in the spectacle and elevate the dogs and ponies to heights that are dizzying. Dogs and ponies. Ponies and dogs. Joined together in union forever with fans cheering them on thinking that it all matters greatly. Pathetic isn't it?  less

She plead GUILTY, took complete responsibility, apologized to her daughter for betraying her and is awaiting sentencing. I think some jail time is indicated but I'm not certain. She was charged with one count of illegal behavior.Lori Loughlin and her husband paid $500,000 to get both daughters into USC on bogus athletic scholarships There was much involved in doing that. They just pleaded NOT GUILTY. After the plea the judge charged whem with additional crimes of a more severe nature. I think at first they too were only charged with one count of criminal behavior. So I guess their punishment for not pleading guilty was to be charged with additional counts of illegal behavior. What are the mechanics of what happens next? Is this a typical way to proceed? Is arrogance involved?  Do they honestly believe they did nothing wrong? I'm trying to figger out what possible value this will have to them and I c...    less

Well here we are today and the loss is Notre Dame...in Paris. It has sufferend "colossal damage" from fire that is still burning. Right now efforts are being made to salvage as much art and other priceless things that are there.I shall never see Notre Dame in in all its glory. Something so important and meaningful and sacred to Parisians, the French, the world has been heartbreakingly destroyed.Condolences to all the French who have suffered this great loss. Condolences to all of you who did see it in all its glory are saddened by what used to be there. And of course condolences to others like me who never had the privilege/opportunity of visiting the Cathedral when all was well and now we know we never will.  less
