My breaks are usually food-related but sometimes it's houseworky things..or watching something on TV that is spectacular (according to Jim) for a few minutes. It's good to get up every so often and move around so you don't get embolisms from sitting too long in one position. On planes too of course you get up and move about. Okay. Your turn! :)
