Mom enjoyed cooking but she did not enjoy shopping for anything but clothes! In those days you visited different stores. The market for packaged goods and staples. Then the vegetable stand and the bakery and the meat market. It was so much fun. It took a few hours then we'd come home with the bounty and mom would take over. I never understood why she didn't like shopping for the food she was going to cook. I still don't! :)  less

I cant get a cat cause inn supposedly allergic to thenn so it would have to be a dog. inn waiting to see if i get on ssi cause then it would be easier to afford it. inn tired of being alone constantly and wonder if it would help to get a pet.   less
