Don't ask me how I did it. I might have had a drink or two to get smart or it has been pure luck. Anyway - I CAN NOT REMEmBER!!!! The juice has nowhere to go but straight in and the natural sugar as not a good thing to hit like that. Giving juices to kids is also not good on an empty stomach. At leasst that is what I have read and so that is what I do. I do not smoothie or juice. Occasionally tomato juice WITH A MEAL. What do you do? Do you have any stomach problems?
