DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers' vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904's recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination at least through May 2022. I think he would of made it worse by firing up the crowd. Trump let the riot rage on for hours while he watched it on TV before he gave his weak mixed message (go home but remember we love you). When it disappeared months ago, I asked why, and it was temporarily reinstated, but it neither worked properly nor did it stick around for very long. Now that it’s back today, I wonder if it’s back to stay. (Wow, getting excited over something so small; I really need a life, don’t I?)~UPDATE: a mere 10 minutes after I posted this question, the back-to-the-top feature disappeared yet again. Fear not and fret not, however, because I have a shortcut that works the same way: click on the number symbol next to the thumbs up representing the “Like” portion of any post, even if that number is zero, and even if it’s your own post.
