House Unamerican Activities Committee. It was a committee of the House of Representatives as the name indicates. In 1969 the name was changed to House Committee on Internal Security. Of course there was the infamous blacklisting of those with supposed Communist ties in the 50's. Russia was the big bad in those days. Having started off there to where we are today vis a vis Russia is amazing isn't it?  How do you account for it?   .

No one can see it.  Not even those whose political views are in concert with theirs. Now WHY would they feel a need to keep it away from others' eyes? If it exists what's the problem in showing it when asked? However if there is no plan I can understand why they would "lock it up". Anyone have a handle on this?  A clue what's going on? Anyone?

For women it can last 2-5 .  The causes are aging itself, or aging in combination with life changes, problems or regrets over work, career (or lack thereof), spousal relationships (or lack thereof).  Its components can be depression, remorse, anxiety. Some deal with it by chasing youthfulness. Others by making drastic changes in lifestyle/atmosphere. It sounds very scary to me.  Does it to thee?

I heard I might be by myself, and yes I've looked at their videos or whatever several times and theres still things I'm confused about. I guess the question is how do I do a good job if I'm still totally confused.  I could really use a job. just dont know how to deal with all this confusion. Im not even sure how to do time cards cause you have to put the receipts on the timecard and I have no idea how to do that. all i know to do is keep the receipts and if i dont find out how to do it when I have to do the time card then I'll just call them . any suggestions?

Friends/relatives/whatever. But there is no time frame for it. People can change whenever wherever however on a dime. After a very short or very long time. Options are always open and behavior/attitude/views are always up for grabs, flexible, fluid. The older you get the  more you realize you know very little. I guess by the time I die I'll realize I never knew anything. :(  less
